Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 6tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg
Steps:
1. Sift the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa).
2. Stir in the liquid ingredients (vinegar, oil, water, and vanilla).
3. Pour the mixture into an 8inch greased and floured round pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
5. Let the cake cool
6. Frost as desired
Tips:
- If making a larger cake, use double the amount of ingredients
- If making a smaller cake, use a smaller bowl
- If you wnat a more chocolate cake then you can use 1 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
